SHANGHAI AUTO SHOW
Chevrolet to unwrap 2 crossovers
Automotive News China | 2019/4/2

SHANGHAI -- Two Chevrolet-badged crossovers -- the Tracker and Trailblazer -- will make their global debut at the Shanghai auto show this month.

The two crossovers will be equipped with General Motors¡¯ latest propulsion, intelligent connectivity and safety technologies, the company said Monday.

Like the Equinox -- a crossover in Chevrolet¡¯s existing China product lineup -- the Tracker and Trailblazer will target younger consumers, the Detroit automaker added, without divulging additional details on the two new models.

GM hasn't revealed what new products it will unveil under other brands at the Shanghai auto show

China is the second-largest market for Chevrolet after the United States.

In 2018, 523,395 Chevrolet vehicles were sold in China, a drop of 4.4 percent from a year earlier.

Last year, GM¡¯s total deliveries in China fell 9.9 percent to 3.64 million because of a weaker domestic economy.
